Shipping policy
We do our best to ensure that your product arrives timely and in excellent condition, we take your comments very seriously, and suggestions to improve our service.
Shipping MethodsWe have 4 methods of Shipping:
1- Priority Delivery (Home Delivery)
2- Standard Delivery (Pickup Center) Nigeria Only
3- Motor Park Delivery (Nigeria Only)
4- Ordinary shipping (International Only)
If you chose 'Standard Shipping (Pickup Center)' or Motor Park Delivery as your method of shipment, please bear in mind that your order will not be delivered to your home or office, you are responsible for collecting your package at the Pickup Center.
The estimated delivery time for Nigeria is 3 to 7 business days, Yobe and Borno delivery time is 12-24hrs and International Delivery is 7-20 Business days starting on the date of shipment.
Note: Business days exclude public holidays, also exclude saturday and sunday.
Processing and Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
*Sometimes the products bought in group are sent separately to ensure that there are no problems in the customs and we can deliver faster.
Delivery attemptsWe will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases. dkkilishi.com is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by customer however we would try our best to reconfirm with the client for the delivery address
- Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities
- Premises locked
- Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done
- Recipient refused the products
- Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbour
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient
Delivery delays
Before major holidays and festivals, we recommend that you place your orders at least seven to ten days in advance. dkkilishi.com, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.
Uncontrollable Circumstances
In case of natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, (flooding, quake, heavy rains), national bandh etc. we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In such cases we will be sent a communication to the customer on email for a confirmation for the same. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery on alternate date.
